Catching Up

Long time, no update! It's been a busy but productive winter in which photography unfortunately took the back seat for a bit. I've been busy planning my wedding, which will take place this October - just a few short months away. Additionally, I've just released my first iPad application, Jersey Shore Videoscapes. The app features over 35 video screensavers that I shot from all over the Jersey shore coastline, as well as weather, tide tables, and sunrise/sunset times for all Jersey shore towns. It's currently available on the App Store, and you can see it in action over at http://www.therealjerseyshore.com.The photo I'm posting today was shot several months ago in Asbury Park, while I was out filming for the app I just mentioned.

Abandoned Bridges

This is another image from last week's trip to Princeton with my friend Matt. I've been to this bridge a number of times over the last few years, but I've never been able to capture it quite the way I had wanted to until now. Oddly enough, this ended up looking quite a bit like an HDR photograph, but it's actually a single exposure.

I Want the World to Stop

Yesterday afternoon I took a drive down to Princeton to shoot some Autumn foliage with my friend Matt. While mother nature didn't really cooperate with us for most of the trip, we did manage to score a few nice shots at our last stop of the day, Plainsboro Pond. This is one of those shots.

This afternoon Genevieve and I went out to shoot some engagement photos for our good friends Matt and Lauren. This particular photo was taken just as we were losing sunlight underneath the pier in Ocean Grove.Lauren is a frequent visitor of the site, and constantly complains to me when I don't keep it updated, so now she is finally being part of the solution.
